A credit card payment in the amount of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking your reservation. The balance is due 2 months prior to your arrival date. Pay Pal payment preferred.
We do not refund money. If you need to cancel your reservation, we will honor your reservation at another time for up to one year. We suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate any cancellation if sickness, weather, airline failure, or any other unforeseen events change your plans
Gecko House is a privately owned home. As a guest at Gecko House you agree
that we, the owners, will not be responsible for an unlikely event such as
accident, injury or the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Gecko House is a not intended for parties or groups larger than those
renting the house. We ask that you respect our home as if it is your own.
